Sap Business One provides an option to set layouts that you are not using as ‘Inactive’ so they don’t appear in the list of layouts for a particular document.

To set a layout as inactive, follow the following steps;

  1. Go to Modules>>Administration>>General>> Report and Layout Manager

 

2.  Select the layout document on the left

3.  Select the layout that you want to make inactive

4.  On the status field select ‘Inactive‘
