In SAP Business One version 10 FP 2011 came with a new feature that enables you to add query reports to menu items.

Follow the following steps to add queries as menu items

  1. Open Query Manager
  2. Select the query you want to add as a menu item
  3. Click on ‘Assign to menu’
  4. Check the box ‘Menu Item’
  5. Select the parent menu item where the new query will appear
  6. Click ‘Update’
