1. Reference 1 – Header : When an invoice is posted, the customer/vendor name in the invoice is updated on the reference 1 field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
2. Reference 2 – Header : When an invoice is posted, the customer Ref No. in the invoice is updated on the reference 1 field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
3. Remarks – Header : When an invoice is posted, the Remarks field in the invoice is updated on the remarks header field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
4. Reference 1 – BP Row : When an invoice is posted, the customer/vendor name in the invoice is updated on the reference 1 field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
5. Reference 1 – Row : When an invoice is posted, the customer/vendor name in the invoice is updated on the reference 1  row field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
6. Reference 2 – BP Row : When an invoice is posted, the customer Ref No. in the invoice is updated on the reference 2  row field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.

8. Remarks – BP Row : When an invoice is posted, the remarks field in the invoice is updated on the remarks  row field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
9. Remarks 3 – Row : When an invoice is posted, the remarks field in the invoice is updated on the remarks  row field of its journal entry. The field is visible in the  respective account ledgers.
