Sap Business One has a functionality that helps you set the desired name positioning of employee names. This can apply to the requester’s name in a purchase request or the owner’s name in marketing documents.

How do you set the display naming positioning in SAP Business One?

1. Navigate to Modules>>Human Resource>>Employee Master
2. Add a new employee master or modify an existing one.
3. Click on the Administration tab to locate the name positioning functionality
4. Select the desired positioning
5. The following shows the sample result
